Bio: For almost a decade POSTCARD has been putting out the music that more and more people love. They've written every song like they perform every show: from their gut. Their most recent album, Volume, is the first full-length from the quartet, and is sure to blow a few speakers and fry a rew stereos.
Like most bands, the players in POSTCARD met in school (except for the brothers of course). Merrick Astroth(vocals/guitar) and Nate Sloan (bass/vocals) have been playing music together since they were 13. That same year they met Corey Evers (drums) and Casey Evers (guitar/vocals). In January of 1999 Merrick, Nate and Corey started what would become POSTCARD. With the addition of Casey and countless shows under their belt, the band we know as POSTCARD was complete in 2002.
Their most recent self-released 2007 album, Volume is exactly what the title implies: LOUD! With a new year and new audiences for the record on the horizon, POSTCARD is working harder than ever to bring their music to the masses
