    Actually if you have the motorola razor there is your problem because i have one too and it doesn't matter the proivder or the format of the song it always is giving me issues like that! so i suggest getting a new phone!! sorry dude!

    hey i have verison and the razor and i get the text and i save it and when i go to my sounds and try to set is as a ringtone it wouldnt let me set it as a ringtone why is that can you help me
