Bio: Although James has been singing since he was a child the transition from Musicals to Pop to Swing has been an interesting one!

James is originally from Scunthorpe in North Lincolnshire, where at the age of 15 realised his passion for singing, and started a Crowded House Tribute Band with some local young musicians. As Neil Finn is his idol (along with Frank Sinatra of course!) his dream was to play onstage with him. He fulfilled this dream in 2001 in the Adelphi Theatre, Sheffield.
