Bio: Born on Independence Day, Melissa’s calling was apparent at a very young age. Beginning her classical dance training at 4 years old, Melissa’s talents stood out. She first rose to national prominence by claiming a coveted position as a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader and appeared before audiences at hundreds of charitable and national events with the NFL. As she continued with her dance training, she also began to cultivate her vocal talent.

Her fierce passion for writing poetry soon exposed her natural abilities as a songwriter. Encouraged by her dear friend and Bee Gee, Maurice Gibb, her singing and songwriting skills flourished.
